What I accomplished for my day today..I am very happy as I was experiencing a lot of anxiety, flashbacks, and just an overall trauma response feeling to my surroundings. So to accomplish these things was great.
1 Took a shower
2 Took my laptop in to the shop to be fixed
3 Ate a healthy breakfast, and dinner
4 Went for a 30 minute walk
5 Did some homework for therapy

LoL, this is so true. You never cease to make me laugh, now…if my back would just stop hurting when I walk, I’d be flying it. X

If you laugh from inside, you’ll heal faster 🙂
I’m sorry about your back pain, walking fixes my back pain, but I guess it’s different for everyone.
And you can always fly! (Don’t let anyone cut your wings!)
Have the perfect Thursday 🙂 (In my case, that involves no washing dishes or putting clothes away 😀 )

How did you know I hate cleaning! My perfect thursday involves no cleaning of any sort. And a good therapy session. And stew! Stew for dinner yum yum! XX

Try to make all that happen (or not happen) and you’ll see how good you’ll feel tomorrow!
I’ll search for recipes of Irish stew to prepare for my kids when it gets colder (it’s supposed to be warm today!!).
