SO I DID TEXT OUR THERAPIST, I TEXTED HER AND TOLD HER A LITTLE OF HOW I WAS FEELING LAST NIGHT. AND INTO THIS MORNING. SHE TEXTED BACK AND WAS REALLY SWEET, TELLING ME THAT THINGS ALWAYS SEEM MORE MAGNIFIED DURING THE NIGHT, AND THEN, SHOCK HORROR, TOLD ME TO MEDITATE! GO ON YOUTUBE, SHE SAYS, LOOK UP SOME MEDITATIONS, I MEAN IT! YOU NEED TO TRY TO GROUND YOURSELF BACK TO THE PRESENT, THEN I TEXTED HER BACK AND WE TALKED SOME MORE, AND THEN, SHE RECOMMENDED AN AP, HEADSPACE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT ITS CALLED. SO NOW I AM ON THE HUNT FOR MEDITATION APS, OR SHORT MEDITATIONS ON YOUTUBE, AND I’M GOING TO BE HIPPY AND MEDITATE. AND NOBODY CANT SAY I DIDNT TRY IT, LEAST OF ALL OUR CRAZY FREAKIN THERAPIST!
